Finally Dexter Morgan is back. I have been waiting so long for the return of my favorite serie. Season 8 started of with another thrilling episode with Dexter and his sisters trouble with the law.
In season 8 Dexters sister Debra has quit from Miami Metro and is now working for a private investigation company. Debras has also started to use drugs and is a heavy drinker of alcohol. Dexter is worried for his sister so he breaks into her house since he is worried for he wellbeing. Dexter does not find Debra at home and tries to find her at her work but they had also not heard from her in a long time. But at her company Dexter gets some clues on where she might be and this leads him to find her later in the episode.

The downfall of Debra is a new twist to the show and can give some really good twists and turns in the story during this season. Dexter and Debra does not get along very well and this will lead to some really big fights in this series. Also the episode showed that Dexter has serious problems now when he can not lean on Debra and this might also lead to an interesting turn.
Dexters son has also started to talk now in the show and considering what he has seen before he might also cause some trouble for Dexter in this season.
Anoter problem that has occured for Dexter is that at Miami Metro a new character has appeared at the police station and she seems very interested in Dexter and you can directly tell she has a feeling about Dexter. This is also shown in the end of the episode where she reveals that she knows that Dexter is a serial killer. A good start of the new season of Dexter and I think we will have some interesting plots to look forward to.
For IMDB rating of Dexter this is still my favorite show and I still have it rated at 10/10.
