As you probably know I have been having some problems with the support for OUYA and I never seem to get any reply from them on my support tickets. We have now reached 3+ weeks without any reply from their customer support on my support tickets. This is a really crappy response time and I can not remember that I have experienced worse customer support from any company.

In this week I however got another general email about that the previous tracking ID that they sent does not fully work for everyone (and to no surprise I am one of those it does not work for) so they sent out a special URL where it should be possible to check the shipping status. The title of the email they sent out was “Your damn OUYA tracking number still doesn’t work”. Not very professional at all from the OUYA customer support…

To no surprise for me this new url did not work either and I am still sitting here with no reply to my customer support tickets with OUYA and no information about when my OUYA will actually be delivered to me.
Then when it sometimes actually arrives I guess I will be one of those lucky ones that actually have to pay some additional fees to DHL for having it delivered (even though I already have payed the shipping to OUYA). I am so regretting that I decided to buy an OUYA…
