Hello and good morning everyone.
Today started off with my usual 1 hour walk out in the nice weather we have here now. It is around 25 degree outside and the sun is up very early so it is a very nice walk. I usually do not eat or drink anything before my walk but sometimes like today I take just a cup of coffee first to give me an extra boost.
When I came home after the walk I took the I took the ketogenic smoothie that I prepared last night. Tasted wonderful as always. Now when it is summer and quite hot outside I really enjoy these smoothies and since they are also very suitable for my ketogenic diet they are just excellent to take after the morning walk.
Later in the day I prepared some lunch and it was a simple piece of beef that I fried together with some bell peppers and then had that with some garlic butter. Takes 5 to 10 minutes to prepare and both tastes great and is excellent for the ketogenic diet. Later in the evening I did not feel very hungry so I just took some of my keto fat bombs and then no need for any more food after that.
