Breakfast:

Kefir +-a seed mix consisting of a suggestion sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds,
sesame seeds, organic coconut flakes and chopped nuts. Curdled is efficient at
protein and fat, with relatively high in carbohydrates. You can reinforce it with a
couple of tablespoons of cottage cheese and cream. (This is not intended for those having
problems with weight loss)
Plus tea or coffee with or without cream (and butter or coconut oil).
Lunch and / or dinner: meat, fish or poultry dish with vegetables.
Casseroles, soups or casseroles with above allowable foods.
The carbohydrates should thus be kept low. Protein food (meat, fish, cheese, eggs), we eat
“Just enough” of. The rest of the nutrients and energy consist of natural fat. You have
likely previously eaten desperately low in fat, and therefore should grow significantly in the fat.
There are now many carb-recipe books to draw inspiration from. Drink water with your meal. Water can be flavored with lemon or cucumber. Milk (Fat) can be drunk by those who are sugar sensitive.
